Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and proactive individual to provide high-level administrative, operational, and tactical support to our Head of Sales JAPAC and the team. You will partner closely with the Exec to enable their efficiency and effectiveness, serving as a key enabler for business impact. Central to the role is your ownership over complex scheduling, correspondence and communications, meeting logistics, event organizing, and project management. You will also serve as the primary liaison internally among executives and employees as well as with external partners, applying a thoughtful approach to customer service. You will also play a key role in the hub, assisting with internal and social events, like All Hands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Maximize executive effectiveness through strategic time management, proactive action item tracking, and thoughtful calendar optimization
  • Elevate the executive’s external profile by coordinating compelling presentations, speeches, and content creation, leveraging internal resources for maximum impact
  • Drive team excellence by fostering a high-performing culture, identifying improvement areas, and spearheading engaging social initiatives
  • Seamlessly manage complex logistics, including international travel arrangements, offsite events, and leadership forums, ensuring flawless execution
  • Serve as a key communicator, crafting professional correspondence, managing sensitive information, and representing the executive across various platforms
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives, including leading employee resource groups and participating in transformative projects that shape Miro’s collaborative culture
