We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Co-CEO team and other C-suite executives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and understands the sensitivity and complexity of supporting executive leadership within a security-focused company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives (experience supporting a CEO or Executive team highly preferred).
  • Strong project coordination, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Technically curious and eager to learn cybersecurity language and tools.
  • Familiarity with MSP or tech industry culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, secure environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving.
    Pre-employment Requirements: Employment is contingent upon completing a background check and a drug test. Skills testing may be required during the interview process. Lifting equipment weighing 25 lbs. may be required. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all professional and occasional personal scheduling for Co-CEOs, including meetings, calls, travel, speaking engagements, and logistics.
  • Coordinate executive calendars, ensuring seamless alignment across leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communications on behalf of executives—drafting emails, compiling materials, fielding inquiries, and liaising with clients, partners, and board members.
  • Organize and support leadership team meetings, quarterly business reviews, and board prep—coordinating agendas, taking notes, tracking action items, and managing follow-ups.
  • Manage travel arrangements end-to-end, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Maintain and organize internal systems such as SharePoint, Teams, and company-wide distribution lists.
  • Support event planning and logistics for company-wide offsites, team events, and VIP client visits.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide coverage for office phone lines and front desk when needed.
  • Other administrative and executive support tasks as assigned.
