MOC Consulting is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This candidate will work with the Director completing various administrative and personal tasks that will aide the Director in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the organization. This position is perfect for aspiring entrepreneurs or recent graduates with an eagerness to learn business functionings and oversight.
The right candidate should naturally enjoy helping others displaying skills such as:
Organizational skills

Safe driving skills
Display a willingness to engage in training and learn new topics and skills
Compose and edit documents and emails
Perform personal errands and task (cleaning, food prep, shopping, driving)
Ability to speak to clients and staff respectfully and assist them with their needs
MOC Consulting has over 12 years experience in implementing strategic programs, services, training, consulting, supervising, and coaching in the wellness, recovery, and mental health field in the state of North Carolina.
This Candidate must be comfortable assisting a female Director in the office, community, and home setting on scheduled days (20-30 hours a week)

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, Child development, Or a related Human Services Degree
Clean Driving Record/Reliable Transportation
Compensation: Compensation is highly competitive and based on experience. Candidates are eligible for pay incentives, paid travel expenses for out of state travel with the team, and additional perks per performance to be discussed at interview.
