Executive Assistant  Muskegon Family Care 2201 S. Position Overview Under the direct supervision of the President/CEO, the Executive Assistant provides the President/CEO with daily administrative support and coordinates scheduling of CEO and Board of Directors meetings and committee meetings as required. The Executive Assistant exercises important judgement and discretion in matters impacting c-suite management regarding matters of considerable importance to the CEO and the operation of Muskegon Family Care.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Attends selected Management Team meetings and takes minutes, prepares minutes for Management Team review, prepares agenda and information packets for Management team meetings and prepares monthly Productivity Reports for Management Team as required or requested. * Gathers and formulates information as requested for Federal, State and regulatory agencies for audits and compliance * Prepares monthly and periodic Board, QA, Executive, Finance and nominating minutes reports. * Works on Special Projects as assigned. * Administrative support to Chief Executive Staff, Directors, and Board Members. * Maintain database (software) – data entry, reports, and mailings to partners, donors, executive team and Board of Directors. * Review In-house and Out-source printing of patient and staff communication, for compliance and accuracy. * Responsible for CEO and management team reports as assigned. * All other duties as assigned.  Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities
