Description
ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES: Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping. Performs additional duties as assigned by the CEO. Performs other related duties as assigned. Operational (General) Demonstrate Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Manage CEO calendar Manage CEO office physically by controlling visits and addressing basic queries on his behalf. Perform required activities involving the use of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Proactively evaluate the effectiveness of processes utilized within the designated department, and make and implement improvements as needed in order to increase efficiency. Normal working conditions (office): travel for trainings; company events when requested. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Mandatory: minimum diploma in secretarial/administrative field or similar.
