Description POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Assistant supports the mission, goals and strategic plan of The Donor Network, LLC. by providing administrative support to the members of the Senior Leadership Team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential Functions Statement(s) · Attend and take minutes for meetings as requested. · Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. · Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors. · Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. · Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. · File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. · Arrange travel schedule and reservation for Senior Leadership Team and others . · Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. · Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings. · Manage and maintain schedules for assigned leaders. · Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors. · Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures. · Take Board meeting minutes and distribute to appropriate staff within three working days of meeting. · Interact with external clients in a professional manner. · Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures as set by the company, regulatory agencies. · Participate in the development and achievement of individual scorecards to reflect individual, departmental and company goals. · Other duties assigned. · Employees must adhere to and remain in full compliance with Nevada Donor Network’s Motor Vehicle Driving Policy as outlined in the Motor Vehicle Records and Driver Safety policy PC.334.
