What's the role? We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple senior leaders within our Finance and Strategy team, based in Surry Hills. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast paced, changeable environment. You'll be a trusted partner to our senior leaders, helping keep priorities on track, managing the day-to-day moving parts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same and you'll play a key role in keeping a busy leadership team organised, connected, and focused on what matters most. Responsibilities Manage multiple calendars, coordinating meetings with internal and external parties across international timezones and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries. Reconciling expenses and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare meeting agendas and create professional presentations and documents. Coordinate events, offsites, leadership meetings and internal communications. Liaise with senior Leaders at external organisations with professionalism. Who are you? You’re energised by change and a fast paced environment. You have experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders at once. You naturally stay one step ahead, anticipating what needs to be done and taking action before you're asked. You communicate with confidence and professionalism, whether you're drafting correspondence, coordinating stakeholders, or managing sensitive conversations and always work with discretion. You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business systems, and you're always willing to learn new tools and processes. You enjoy building strong working relationships with other EAs and take pride in being a reliable, approachable, and collaborative member of the team. Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Finance and Strategy team, including complex calendar and travel management. Coordinate internal communications, events, and professional documentation to ensure leadership remains organized and focused.
