We are seeking a highly organized and proactive person to support members of the Executive Leadership Team in delivering on strategic initiatives and operating the business. This includes the Chief Product Officer, General Counsel and Chief People Officer. The role of the Executive Assistant is to ensure these leaders operate efficiently, optimize their productivity and align to the company culture. This role will be the primary support person in everything administrative for leaders in Product, Legal and Human Resources. This is a hybrid position based in NYC; in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
This person will play a critical role for several leaders ensuring their time is optimized and commitments are managed. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a background working in consulting, finance, or legal industries, and possesses strong multitasking skills with an acute attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 10+ years supporting executives, ideally in fast-paced industries such as consulting, financial services and media or companies experiencing fast-paced growth.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on accuracy, follow-through, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is methodical, thorough, and consistently stays ahead of tasks and timelines.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and navigate competing priorities with efficiency.
  • High-Speed Execution: Operates with a sense of urgency and accuracy in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Googe Suite, Microsoft Office, scheduling and travel arrangement platforms, and social media tools.
  • Discretion and Judgment: Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable with shifting priorities and available for occasional after-hours support as needed.
