We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executive support, be comfortable using AI productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot), and possess strong project coordination skills to help track and manage mini initiatives across teams. How will you make an impact? Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to streamline tasks, generate content, and enhance productivity. Track and follow up on mini projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Assist in organizing team events, offsites, and leadership meetings. Support expense reporting and budget tracking. Have you got what it takes? Experience in Operating systems: Windows and Linux 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Experience in tracking small-scale projects or initiatives is a plus. Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will have an advantage if you also have: Calendar Accuracy & Timeliness: 98% accuracy in scheduling and conflict resolution. Task Completion Rate: 95% of assigned tasks completed on or before deadline. Executive Satisfaction Score: Minimum 4.5/5 rating in quarterly feedback surveys. Project Tracking Efficiency: 100% of mini projects tracked with status updates and follow-ups. AI Tool Utilization: Demonstrated monthly usage of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to automate or enhance workflows. Communication Responsiveness: Average response time to internal and external queries within 24 hours. Event Coordination Success: 100% of executive events executed without major issues or delays.
