Executive Assistant to CEO  CURE Auto Insurance is a leading direct writer of auto insurance in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Ensuring the CEO’s schedule runs smoothly is the top priority. This involves managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, answering phone calls, and managing information requests. The Executive Assistant is also needed to run personal errands and manage personal affairs.  Essential Job Functions  * Distributing and taking notes during meetings and sending materials for review beforehand * Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents * Filing and retrieving documents and reference materials  * Conducting research, assembling, and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents.  * Receiving and interacting with incoming visitors  * Interacting with external clients  * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications  * Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of related job experience.  * Candidates with prior paralegal experience are encouraged to apply, as this background aligns well with the responsibilities of the role. * Must be able to use discretion and keep sensitive information confidential.  * We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professionalism are a must.  * We are looking for someone who can work for a dynamic boss in a fast-paced and hectic environment. Physical Actions/Environment: Required job duties consist of prompt and regular attendance, ability to frequently move about the office to coordinate work with others; standing, sitting and typing for extended periods; and lifting and/or carrying up to 5 lbs. Ability to frequently communicate with others in-person, on the phone/virtually, and in writing.
