As an Executive Assistant supporting a General Manager in Non-Financial Risk and the Chief Compliance Office, you’ll be right at the centre of a highly visible and fast‑paced function. You’ll be trusted to manage complex diaries and inboxes, coordinate high-stakes meetings and ensure your leader is prepared for engagements with senior executives, regulators and Board members. With frequent competing priorities, you’ll bring order to a constantly shifting schedule, anticipating needs and thinking several steps ahead. You’ll coordinate leadership team meetings, prepare agendas and papers, manage confidential information with care and act as a key connection point across the business. You’ll also support events, travel and expenses, respond quickly to stakeholder requests and keep systems and documentation up to date. This is a fulltime role based in Sydney, with an expectation you’ll work 3 to 4 days per week in the office, supporting strong connection and collaboration.   What do I need? To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence.  Here’s what will help you succeed: * Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive support role, maintaining strict confidentiality, within financial services or investment banking. * Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and confidence navigating internal systems. * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.   Why join us?
