This is a remote position. Overview Join a well-established construction association undergoing an exciting organizational restructuring. This full-time, remote Executive Assistant role supports the leadership team, including the treasurer, president, and vice president, ensuring smooth operations during a transitional period. The position offers hands-on experience in non-profit board operations, membership management, and administrative support, with a clear structure and potential for extension based on performance. Job Highlights Contract: Independent Contractor Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MST, includes 30-minute unpaid break Work Arrangement: Remote Side Note: Immediate start within the next two weeks.
