What Nonstop is Looking For: Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role serves as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, streamlines workflows, and drives efficient processes to ensure clarity and purposeful execution. Primary Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling across multiple time zones Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners with professionalism and discretion Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and polish Anticipate executive needs and proactively address operational and logistical details Coordinate and support key meetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-ups Drive efficiency by optimizing systems, tools, and processes to improve daily operations Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and sound judgment Support special projects, events, and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely and successful execution Ability to travel occasionally for executive support at meetings, conferences, and events Requirements Qualifications: Preferred Skills, Experience and Education 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable support role within a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment in handling confidential matters High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Remote position involves regular collaboration across departments via video conferencing, phone, email and messaging platforms Requires prolonged periods of sitting and consistent use of a computer and other standard office equipment Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, trainings, and/or company events Perks and Compensation: Fully remote position An opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a direct impact A collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
