We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Northampton team in the position of Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, travel logistics and meeting coordination for the CEO, CFO and other ExCom members.
  • Manage Exec and Board level correspondence, reports, presentation and communication materials.
  • Arrange executive meetings, agendas, pre-read documents and associated travel arrangements where relevant.
  • Manage email accounts and be proactive with responses and prioritisation on behalf of the CEO.
  • Support the Company Secretary with all plc Board related matters including meeting and pack preparation, diary and travel support.
  • Support with the planning of all investor relations activities involving the CEO and CFO.
  • Support the Office Manager with all matters relating to Head Office facilities, supplies and health and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate on space planning, office improvements and supplier relationships.
  • Lead or support executive level projects.
  • Plan and deliver high-profile events such as plc board meetings, offsite meetings and conferences.
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders engaging with the ExCom.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Expenses management.
  • PO raising and management.
