Summary As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support for efficient office operations. You will manage the GM's schedule and act as the first point of contact for stakeholders. Tasks Primary Responsibilities Support the executive team with managing recurring administrative tasks including travel, expense reporting, event planning, and team meetings. Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries. Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Conducting research and preparing briefing materials. Attending executive team meetings, take notes, identify key points and actions, managing agendas and follow-ups. Organizing meetings and events, including logistics and catering. Calendar Management. Requirements Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies Have experience in business administration or a related field. Be highly organized and detail-oriented. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. German and English language fluency is a must Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Be able to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining productivity. Travel Requirements Available for periodic business travel. Approximately 5-10%
