EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Reports to: Managing Partner
Job Category: Salary | Exempt | Full Time
Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000 per year
Job Site: Hybrid (Broomfield/Remote)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant role.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Valid, non-restricted Colorado driver’s license.
  • Proficient in Google GSuite, Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at problem solving.
  • Ability to think strategically and use sound judgment.
  • Adaptable and flexible demeanor.
  • Proficiency in creating systemized processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent integrity and well-developed sense of discretion to maintain strict confidentiality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working/typing on a computer.
  • Sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb steps, hear, see, speak.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Driving in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists Executive Leadership in achieving goals and completing projects or research in specified time frames.
  • Organizes calendars for internal and external meetings and events; factoring in necessary downtime and personal commitments.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements.
  • Coordinates executive outreach and cultivates external relationships; drafts correspondence, prepares agendas and other materials.
  • Creates and maintains effective systems and processes for simplified document management.
  • Honors confidentiality.
