Description
Responsibility Maintain and organize Executives’ schedules and provide direct support to their daily activities. Managing appointments, schedules, and business-related matters. Make and/or coordinate travel arrangements, file expense reports. Arrange off-site executive meetings as needed, including venue selection, and on-site coordination. Maintain & support executive monthly meeting schedule, take action items and following up on essential. Interface with company executives on day-to-day operations, often of a confidential nature. Point of contact for all administrative issues regarding Taiwan GSM office. Support special projects as requested. Requirements • Within 2 years of progressive administrative support experience with executive. With high-tech industry and international working environment experience is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Operating System and all of its programs, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. • Being proactive and problem solver. • Strong communications skills, proficient English is a must.
