Do you enjoy managing multiple priorities, using your initiative, and building strong, trusted relationships? 13‑month fixed term opportunity, based in Wellington Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity This role will provide dedicated support to our Head of Investment and Chief Financial Officer. You will be instrumental in ensuring they are in the right place at the right time, fully prepared and equipped with the tools and information needed to operate effectively. Whether it’s managing and coordinating their demanding schedule, overseeing a busy email inbox, responding to correspondence, or collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be the go-to person for both leaders and their wider team. This is a varied role where your expertise in organisation, prioritisation, discretion, and stakeholder management will be critical in supporting the effective delivery of key financial priorities and broader organisational outcomes. This is a 13‑month fixed term opportunity for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and understands the critical importance of effective calendar and email management. We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $77,000 - $88,000 commensurate to skills and experience. In addition, you will bring: Experience providing high-level support to senior leaders Outstanding communication and relationship management skills A successful track record of providing day-to-day administrative support including diary management, and coordination of meetings and travel Advanced Microsoft Office skills Ability to maintain discretion and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
