Responsibilities
  • You have a college diploma (DEC) in Office Automation, with at least five (5) years of experience, or any other combination of equivalent education and/or experience.
  • You have good knowledge of accounting, finance and/or taxation (would be considered an asset).
  • You have excellent communication skills and are bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • You have a good sense of organization, ability to manage priorities and work ethic.
  • You are flexible and creative in problem solving.
  • You are a team player.
  • You demonstrate innovation, perseverance and engagement.
  • You are outgoing and have a sense of resourcefulness and you like to collaborate with your colleagues.
  • You have an excellent sense of initiative, autonomous.
