FAST PACED OFFICE ASSISTANT

We’re looking for an organized, detailed, fast-paced Office Manager/Executive Assistant for our Real Estate Brokerage. In this role, being able to anticipate your leader’s needs is key. You’re energetic, friendly, and a true team player. You enjoy completing tasks, know how to prioritize well, and thrive working behind the scenes to support both leadership and the team.
This is a full-time position located in our Billings office. Hours are Monday-Friday 830am-5pm. Pay is dependent on experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in office, administrative, or Executive Assistant roles required.
  • Strong computer and tech skills; experience with social media, email platforms, Asana, Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar preferred.
  • Must have a smartphone, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle for work-related errands.
  • Service-driven mindset with strong follow-through and ability to finalize tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
