We seek an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support our CEO while managing our New York office administration. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and enabling our leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. In this dual role, you'll manage complex calendar coordination across multiple time zones, handle sensitive information with discretion, and oversee office administration to create an efficient and engaging workplace environment. How You’ll Spend Your Time Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Coordinate meetings and communications across global time zones Manage office administration, including vendor relationships, supplies, and facility maintenance- the office will not include more than 10 employees by the end of 2025 Handle confidential information with absolute discretion Coordinate internal communication and maintain organizational documentation Manage office budget and track expenses Support HR initiatives and maintain office policies and procedures Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed Requirements 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives Proven experience in office management within a fast-paced startup environment Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools Experience working with global teams across different time zones Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in a startup environment is a must Experience with event planning and vendor management Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands What We Offer Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401 (k) with contribution matching up to 5% 10 Federal holidays + 15 days of PTO Flexible hybrid work arrangement Join Bounce to be part of a pioneering team transforming debt management through innovative technology.
