Location: The Journey Church NYC (on site in Manhattan)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $24/hour ($50,000-55,000 per year)
Education: Bacholers Preferred
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (occasional evenings required)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an energetic, upbeat person with administrative gifts to serve on staff as Office Manager & Executive Assistant to our pastoral staff. The position would be Monday-Thursday in the office with some evenings required. And then all-day Sundays both assisting the team at the church service and in the office afterwards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include providing a warm welcome to every guest who visits or calls the office, keeping the office organized and efficient, database management, managing expense reports, email communication, working with volunteers to oversee printing and preparation of Sunday materials, assisting in the planning of special events, working directly with our Senior Pastor and more.
