Title: Executive Assistant & Office Manager                                                  Department/Location: Admissions and Enrollment/Principia College Position Type: Full-Time, 12-month Summary The Executive Assistant to the Dean of Admissions & Office Manager provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Dean of Admissions while ensuring the smooth daily operations of the admissions office. This role is central to the effective coordination of schedules, communications, and projects for the Dean, as well as the efficient management of office resources, procedures, and staff support. The incumbent will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, implement streamlined office processes, and contribute to data-informed planning within the admissions team. Primary Responsibilities * Manages the Dean of Admissions’ calendar, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics, ensuring all commitments are well-coordinated and priorities are met * Oversees daily office operations, including supply management, document preparation, and the maintenance of office systems, to support a productive admissions environment * Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communications on behalf of the Dean and the admissions office * Coordinates and supports recruitment events and outreach efforts, working with admissions staff to ensure successful execution and adherence to institutional goals  * Assists with the preparation of regular reports on application metrics, office operations, and project progress for the Dean, Associate Dean, and leadership team  * Works closely with data, systems, and analytics colleagues to gather and organize information for meetings, planning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives * Monitors and implements best practices in office management and administrative support, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and service * Fosters a collaborative and inclusive office culture by supporting staff onboarding, professional development, and team-building activities  * Acts as a liaison between Admissions, Student Financial Services, the Registrar’s Office, and campus partners, ensuring effective coordination and a seamless prospective student experience  * Oversees scheduling, logistics, and support functions for cross-office projects, including maintaining shared resources and central office tools * Provides administrative oversight for additional student services events, including on-campus admissions and student financial services activities.
