  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, actions and stakeholder communications
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of a new executive office
  • Liaising with facilities, vendors and service providers
  • Sharing reception and front-of-house responsibilities within the EA team
  • Supporting onboarding and creating a positive workplace experience for employees and visitors alike
  • Work for a global organisation with a purpose: making the world a safer place
  • Be part of a brand-new executive office and help shape its success
  • Hybrid working with a collaborative London-based team

What You'll Bring:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong customer service mindset.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational capability.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they arise.

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders, including managing complex diaries, schedules and global calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, professional approach with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and work independently.
  • Positive, flexible and resilient, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
