Currently, we are seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide executive-level support to two firm design leaders – one located in our Seattle office and one remote. This role will report directly to each leader and will be located in our Seattle office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The primary responsibilities of this role are to maintain the Design Leaders’ schedule, coordinate calendars with internal and external stakeholders (clients), reconcile timesheets and expense reports, provide logistical and travel support, and work on strategic projects.

As a firm, we are committed to pay practices that are fair, competitive, and reflect internal pay equity. At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in Seattle is between $85,000 and $95,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
