We are looking for a proactive and innovative Executive Assistant who can support the overall effectiveness and success of OMD’s leadership team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth process flow, internal communication, and execution excellence on all assignments. You will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Qualifications Knowledge/Expertise Knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Windows based computer programs are required Prior support staff experience Skills/Abilities Must have: take initiative attitude excellent customer service understanding of business needs excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality and express high standards of professionalism excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize Must be able to take direction and constructive criticism Ability to anticipate the needs of the group and plan accordingly Have a cooperative attitude in working with individuals at all agency levels Responsibilities Support the overall effectiveness, professionalism, and success of the team Ensure smooth process flow, internal communication, and execution on all assignments Support the C-suite members and their respective staffs (when relevant) on all Executive/Administrative needs Assist the team(s) in the preparation of presentations and correspondence Answer phones and assist callers Refer messages and return calls when requested Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries Make travel arrangements and generate expense reports Exercise discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information Conduct research and compile information for required projects Work independently on assigned Executive/Administrative projects Maintain a working familiarity with OMD Executive/Administrative polices Assist with the planning of group meetings and/or activities Maintain/manage c-suite calendars Location for position: Los Angeles #LI-MB1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $50,000—$90,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
