We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team in day-to-day operations, coordination, and special projects. This role covers core EA responsibilities—managing inboxes, calendars, CRMs, and documentation—but goes beyond that. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, think independently, and help drive operational and strategic tasks forward with minimal guidance. Ideal candidates are early in their career, hungry to learn, AI-curious, and excited to grow in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
