Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-performing Executive Support Associate to the Executive Office to provide direct leverage to the Chief of Staff and Founder at Elevation Capital. This is not a traditional assistant role — it is a fast-paced, high-trust position at the center of the firm’s decision-making and execution. The right candidate thrives under pressure, operates with speed and precision, and can move seamlessly between strategic priorities and hands-on execution. You will be expected to solve problems independently, organize complex information, and drive critical outcomes across the Executive Office, Family Office, and portfolio businesses.
This role is always on — responsive, adaptable, and moving at the speed of the Founder. It demands resourcefulness, judgment, and relentless follow-through. In return, it offers an unparalleled opportunity to accelerate your career, gain exposure at the highest level of leadership, and play a pivotal role in shaping outcomes that matter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive solutions to complex problems across the Family Office and portfolio companies.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage vendors, running competitive RFP processes and securing best-in-class outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Plan and execute high-stakes travel, events, and itineraries with precision and zero margin for error.
  • Lead vendor sourcing and RFP processes, negotiate terms, and secure the best outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Manage acquisitions and logistics for high-value assets and projects with complete discretion.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems that provide clarity, accountability, and visibility for leadership.
  • Prepare decision-ready briefs, memos, and presentations that distill complexity into simple, actionable insights.
  • Capture outcomes from critical meetings, translate them into next steps, and drive follow-through to completion.
  • Own tasks end-to-end, ensuring execution is fast, accurate, and outcome-driven.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism, trust, and sound judgment.
  • Operate at the Founder’s pace — fast, intense, and always on.
