Location: 100% On-Site in Richmond VA Position Type: Hourly, Full Time Experience Level: Entry Level Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Assistant to support our Richmond office and Managing Director. This role combines administrative, scheduling, and general office management responsibilities, as well as assisting with special projects and day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate has exceptional written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience working in a professional office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys playing a key role in maintaining efficiency and organization. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with scheduling across teams. Handle general administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and document preparation. Support office operations, including supplies, visitors, mail, and vendor coordination. Draft and proofread professional communications and documents. Assist with project coordination and other initiatives as directed by the Managing Director. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
