About the role
We’re seeking a proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and enjoys building strong working relationships across teams.
What You’ll Do
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, book rooms and catering, and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and documentation; attend meetings to capture actions when required.
Support email management by prioritising, filing, and tracking follow-ups and responses.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and conference logistics.
Process expense claims and ensure compliance with corporate policies and deadlines.
Assist with onboarding, event coordination, property moves, and purchase order administration.
Maintain team documentation including org charts, distribution lists, and compliance tracking.
Support broader team initiatives including HR admin, reporting line changes, and internal communications.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and personable approach.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office and corporate systems.
Discretion, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset.
Collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Proactive and responsive in managing critical requests with urgency and attention to detail.
