Description

Central Rx Group is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant with experience in accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, and office administration. This position starts at 15–20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our company expands.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or HR/Accounting Assistant
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work setting (remote and in-office)
Responsibilities
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Manage HR administration: maintain employee records, assist in recruitment, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
