We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly reliable Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO across multiple ventures, including Chora. The role sits at the intersection of operations, coordination, and execution, covering both business and personal activities. This is not a traditional assistant role. You will be involved in real decision flows, fast-moving situations, and unstructured environments where priorities shift quickly. The position is designed for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership early, and grow into a broader role over time. Role Overview We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO in managing daily operations, communication, and execution across DACH and Italy, starting in May 2026. This role is focused on: ensuring priorities are executed and not lost bringing structure to complex and sometimes chaotic situations acting as a reliable extension of the Founder This is a high-responsibility role with strong growth potential, not a passive support function. Key Responsibilities Manage agenda, priorities, and scheduling across multiple countries Handle email management and inbox prioritisation for the Founder Support correspondence related to business activities (including Chora and related entities when needed) Organise travel, logistics, and cross-border coordination Join meetings, take notes, and produce clear summaries with next steps Track delegated activities and ensure follow-through across teams Support operational gaps where no clear owner exists Handle sensitive personal and business matters with full discretion Gradually take ownership of coordination and selected meetings Important note This role requires ownership, speed, and judgment. You will be exposed to sensitive information and expected to operate with a level of trust and responsibility typically reserved for senior roles. You will be expected to think, anticipate, and execute, not just assist.
