An exciting opportunity to join a small but mighty team of two working at the forefront of the beauty, aesthetics and wellness industry. We are looking for a highly organised, consumer-facing individual to support the planning and delivery of a large luxury aesthetic consumer event and assist with daily business operations.
This role requires someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy office environment, who thrives under pressure, has excellent communication skills and can juggle multiple priorities with confidence.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy administrative or executive assistant role
  • Strong diary management and organisational skills
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Apple Mac, Microsoft Office and Canva
  • Social media content creation experience (Instagram)
  • Tech-savvy and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
  • Own car essential (Ascot-based office)
  • Positive, flexible and proactive attitude

WHAT WE OFFER

Responsibilities
  • Diary management and appointment booking
  • Schedule creation and updates
  • Liaising with event sponsors, suppliers and partners
  • General office admin, stock and office orders
  • Uploading blogs and newsletters (MailChimp)
  • Creating social media content for Instagram (filming, editing, captions)
  • Supporting with event logistics including:
  • Guest booking and schedule creation (Canva)
  • Liaising with suppliers (AV, furniture hire, etc.)
  • Packing and managing goody bags, printed materials and event collateral
  • Supporting with videography shot lists and on-the-day logistics
  • Ensuring talent and staff are scheduled and prepared
