Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Office r in Brisbane, as part of the People & Culture team . The position is offered at 0.8 FTE , with flexibility to work either four full days or spread across five shorter days.
This is a fast-paced and varied role that plays a critical part in enabling the Chief People Officer to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities. It offers exposure to executive-level activity and insight into strategic people initiatives, making it a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a trusted support role and enjoys working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic environment.

Duties and R esponsibilities

  • Diary management, including scheduling meetings and managing conflicting priorities
  • Prepare, coordinate and format documentation for meetings, including meeting agendas, presentations, reports and accurate minute-taking
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication channels and triaging requests where appropriate
  • Monitor workflows and flag key action items to ensure timely follow-up and progress tracking
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, travel and accommodation
  • Manage expenses, billing, and general administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
