The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinate calendars and meeting logistics for multiple senior management stakeholders
  • Serve as the point of contact for scheduling, availability, and any conflict resolution
  • Manage high volumes of meeting requests and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare relevant materials ahead of meetings
  • Support travel planning, logistics, and expense submissions
  • Assist during leadership visits, off-site planning, and business engagements
  • Provide administrative and ad-hoc support as required
  • Coordinate/conduct internal communication sessions (onboarding/engagement)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
