JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in managing daily operations, scheduling, and high-level administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Persian and possess strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in Persian (Farsi) and English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and adaptability in handling sensitive matters.
  • Previous experience in corporate, finance, or executive office environments is an advantage.

    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with utmost discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate business and personal appointments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, and business engagements as required.
  • Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and other entities for official documentation when needed.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Chairman.
