Description

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who knows how to bring structure, organisation and calm to a busy senior leadership team?


We are recruiting for an established and growing business near Walsall, looking for a confident and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide proactive support to senior members of the business.


This is a fast-paced, friendly environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll need to think ahead, manage competing demands, chase actions and confidently challenge when needed. We're looking for someone who stays calm under pressure, gets things actioned and naturally brings structure and organisation to the people around them.


What you'll be doing

  • Managing busy diaries, meetings, schedules and competing priorities across the senior leadership team

  • Preparing agendas, board packs, presentations and supporting documentation for meetings

  • Attending meetings where required, recording key actions and proactively following these through to completion

  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, visitors, events and customer meetings

  • Supporting leadership reporting, tracking and wider business administration

  • Providing coordination support across internal communications, events and approved company content


What we're looking for

  • Strong previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple Directors or senior stakeholders

  • Excellent diary management, organisation and ability to prioritise multiple competing demands

  • Confident supporting strong personalities, with the ability to politely challenge and influence when needed

  • Proactive and methodical approach, able to anticipate needs and introduce structure and processes

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

  • Excellent attention to detail, discretion and professionalism, with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
