Responsibilities

As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will provide support to two Executive Leaders. This includes working directly with the Executive Team, Board, PEXA Employees & other Executive Assistants, in addition to high-level external national and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Extensive diary and travel management including scheduling Committees, Team meetings, Leadership offsite and other events as required
  • Support the financial administration of cost centres ensuring accurate allocation and approval invoices and expenses
  • Mange the coordination of Board-level papers, ensuring all reviews are completed within the required timeframe
  • Coordinate Government/Senate requests in conjunction with the Corporate Affairs team
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and other materials, providing additional support to other departments as required
  • Active participation in all leadership and team meetings
