Role Overview We are hiring two highly experienced Executive Assistants to support the CEO of RZR with 24/7 coverage from Manila, one covering PST hours (night shift) and one covering Manila daytime hours. Both roles report to the EA Lead and will work closely together to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity. This is a true business partner role, not just admin support. You will need strong judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar across APAC, EMEA, and US time zones, resolving conflicts proactively Handle high-volume inbox management, including drafting and responding on behalf of the CEO Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups with clear action tracking Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with speed and accuracy Operations & Coordination Plan and manage travel, logistics, and scheduling across regions Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and priority lists Ensure seamless daily handoffs between day and night shift EAs Anticipate needs and surface risks or conflicts ahead of time Communication Draft clear, concise, and professional communications on behalf of the CEO Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Required Skills / Experience 10+ years of EA experience supporting C-level executives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable with AI and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, JIRA, Confluence) Experience in fast-paced global companies High level of discretion, ownership, and flexibility across time zones Our Values Own your work, communicate clearly.
