  • Coordinate and plan events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively
  • Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables
  • Handle phone etiquette with professionalism while managing multi-line phone systems
  • Perform proofreading and transcription of documents as needed
  • Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and DocuSign
  • Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with clients and visitors at the front desk
