EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Executive Assistant for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to one or more Managers and their direct reports. The role involves managing office services, improving operational processes, and contributing to the effective and efficient operation of the business group.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or professional support function, with a post-secondary degree in a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth collaboration and team skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience in managing large-scale events or projects within a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor junior staff to develop their skills.
  • Innovative thinker with a track record of proposing and implementing new solutions.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and expense tracking in a corporate setting.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of department events.
  • Provide senior-level administrative and operational support to a diverse team, including senior executives.
  • Employ systems to manage information and streamline processes for enhanced reporting and analysis.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
