Responsibilities

This is more than calendar management (though you’ll nail that too). You’ll be the right hand to our CEO and a key support for the team, keeping both daily operations and high-level projects running smoothly.

  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and travel with precision
  • Organize digital files, contracts, and project documentation like a pro
  • Prepare city applications, track approvals, and coordinate submissions
  • Format and review vendor proposals and contracts
  • Create, polish, and troubleshoot Excel spreadsheets (formulas, formatting, data tracking)
  • Keep action items, deadlines, and follow-ups moving forward
  • Represent ECM with professionalism in communications with clients, vendors, and city officials
