In partnership with the NSW Government, the Parklife Metro consortium (comprised of Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild) is delivering a transformative, city-shaping metro rail project in Greater Western Sydney.
RDWSA will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Parklife Metro for 15 years.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised professional with experience supporting at executive level on major infrastructure projects. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience providing executive-level support as either an Executive Assistant or, as a Project Coordinator
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • The ability to work autonomously and think critically
  • A proactive approach to supporting the Project Director and broader project team
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the MS Office suite
  • Availability to commit to the project’s expected three-year duration.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role will support our Project Director and the Senior Leadership Team (Steerco) to assist with the delivery of the Parklife Metro. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence
  • Organising and preparing agendas, minutes, and reports for project meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies
  • Supporting project coordination and maintaining accurate documentation using SharePoint
  • Assisting in preparing and editing reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications, including media releases and governance documentation
  • Drafting memos by gathering key information from stakeholders and accurately summarising key points
  • Managing the flow of information by responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the Project Director
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, government agencies, and community groups
  • Coordinating project events, such as meetings, workshops, and community engagement activities
  • Managing and processing expense claims
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the project team, including assisting with the onboarding of new starters.
