KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of executive support or project coordination experience.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin is required to prepare strategic reports and liaise with clients and stakeholders in Taiwan and China.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in tracking initiatives, preparing updates, and coordinating stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and professionalism, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cultures.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Executive Assistant, you will report directly to the CEO and be based in our Singapore headquarters. More than traditional administrative support, this role acts as an extension of the CEO in managing priorities, driving follow-ups on business initiatives, and ensuring alignment across teams. You will support critical projects, coordinate stakeholders, and support executive-level decision-making with well-prepared insights and documentation. This position requires strong project management skills, cultural adaptability, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive follow-up and execution of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are aligned with CEO priorities.
  • Support the CEO in PMO-style functions, including tracking deliverables, consolidating updates, and highlighting risks or gaps.
  • Prepare briefing papers, reports, and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration and accountability.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar strategically, prioritizing engagements that support business objectives.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders across regions, ensuring professional and culturally sensitive interactions.
  • Monitor and chase KPIs, reports, and dashboards from departments to provide the CEO with timely insights.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and support ad-hoc high-impact projects as assigned.
