We’re looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to join our Cardiff team and play a key role in supporting senior leaders and contribute to a collaborative environment. With offices in London, Leeds, Cardiff, Düsseldorf, Chicago, Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong, we combine global reach with local expertise. Key Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support to the Board and Senior Vice Presidents across UK offices. Oversee diary management: schedule, organize, and arrange meetings and business commitments, including follow-up actions. Liaise extensively with internal teams and external business contacts. Arrange international and domestic travel and hotel bookings. Update client information on HubSpot (CRM system). Support other Executive Assistants, including holiday cover. Provide receptionist cover as needed: answer telephones, greet clients and visitors, manage catering for meetings, and handle room bookings. Ensure all expenses are claimed on a monthly basis. Assist other areas of the business as required. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle several tasks. Experience in a similar role preferred. High attention to detail; accurate and quality conscious. Discretion in handling confidential matters. Fast-paced, efficient, and flexible approach. Self-motivated with a positive “can do” attitude. Open communicator with the ability to work on own initiative. Fluent spoken and written English. Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
