KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide full EA support to 1 QLT member, along with diary support and meeting arrangements for up to 4 members of Senior Management Team
Management of complex diary arrangements
General meeting assistance including preparation of agendas, briefing packs, technology requirements, catering, and room bookings
Pro-actively manage/escalate/delegate issues within the management chain with clear instructions/deadlines through completion
Point of Contact for internal and external customers
Ensure all preparation for meetings and compilation of essential material is provided in advance
Attend the Leadership Team meetings to capture and manage delivery of actions arising
Manage data packs including presentations, templates and timelines to enable timely delivery of reporting governance for Sector and Group
Support management of function wide communications including organisation of Q Talks, Q&A sessions, extended LT meetings, ad hoc events
Manage QinetiQ process such as expenses, international and UK travel bookings, purchasing etc
