This role is based in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, and requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on HR administration and client relations. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the executive team, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with HR-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and processing HR-related paperwork. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, employees, and vendors. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Organize and maintain office files and records, both physical and electronic. Assist with event planning and coordination, including conferences, meetings, and company events. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the office is well-maintained and organized. Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Up to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with HR administrative tasks is a plus.
