EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO Remilia Corporation — Orange County Remilia is a multidisciplinary art studio and lifestyle brand operating at the intersection of fashion, art, film, and social technology. We produce culture events with emerging artists globally and maintain operations across Orange County, Korea, Shanghai, and Tokyo. We're looking for a sophisticated executive assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Creative Director/CEO. You'll manage professional coordination, personal logistics, and international operations while maintaining absolute discretion and aesthetic excellence. You: 5+ years executive support experience in arts, design, or cultural institutions Professional English proficiency; Professional Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese a plus Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills Refined aesthetic sensibility appropriate to experimental fashion/art environment Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable with non-traditional schedules and international coordination Absolute discretion with confidential matters You will: Serve as primary communication interface for CEO across all channels Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones Manage relationships with artists, cultural partners, and industry contacts Track progress across fashion, art, film, and music projects Arrange international travel and provide remote support during CEO's East Asia trips Manage personal calendar, appointments, and household coordination Represent the company at cultural events and industry functions Us: Competitive compensation and benefits Generous PTO, health insurance, lifestyle stipends, Equinox membership Creative studio environment working with emerging artists Access to our global network of culture events Full-time, on-site at Irvine, CA HQ (occasional evenings/weekends for events) To apply: Resume + cover letter describing your experience in creative industries
