This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will serve as a vital business partner to the CEO and CRO, playing a key role in enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness. You will manage a wide range of activities, from travel logistics to communication facilitation, ensuring seamless operations within the executive team. Your ability to build strong relationships and leverage connections will be essential for the development of an executive network. We are seeking someone who demonstrates high emotional intelligence and exceptional attention to detail, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization. \n Accountabilities Interact regularly and build relationships with executives across all functions/teams. Assist the CEO & CRO in making their day-to-day more efficient and impactful. Manage all aspects of the CEO’s & CRO’s travel arrangements. Proactively manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritize appointments. Prepare reports and presentations by gathering insights, data, and research. Establish efficient communication channels between the CEO, CRO, and leadership team. Screen, prioritize, reply, and manage the team's emails. Coordinate professional events, speaking engagements, and company off-sites. Requirements BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent years of experience. Minimum of 6 years of post-college work experience, with at least 3 years as an Executive Assistant supporting a VP or Senior level executive. Proactive and able to take initiative and operate autonomously. Excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality. Strong scheduling and coordination skills, adaptable to last-minute changes. Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure. Positive attitude with a strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. High proficiency with productivity processes & tools (e.g., G suite, spreadsheets).
