  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure scheduling aligns with key business priorities.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the Chief Retail Operations Officer when needed, capturing key takeaways, tracking follow-ups, and helping maintain business continuity.
  • Act as a liaison across internal teams, coordinating resources, gathering insights, and supporting cross-functional alignment.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, and meeting materials – ensuring content is clear, accurate, and tailored to the audience.
  • Manage all communication channels, including email and phone inquiries, with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports efficiently and accurately.
  • Organize and support meetings and events, including planning logistics and ensuring all details are covered.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and senior administrative partners to ensure seamless support across the leadership team.
